Master Security is currently seeking FPS / GSA Certified Supervisors with 3-5 years experience for our MD, DC and VA FPS sites. Job Duties: Oversee security guard force according to contract requirements Maintain building access control procedures Assure all posts are filled and employee meets grooming and appearance standards Manage site schedule to assure overtime is kept to a minimum Assure compliance with post orders Generate reports to senior management Coach and Counsel Security guard force as needed Assure guard duties are being carried out on all shifts Other duties as assigned Requirements: MUST have access to or own your certifications. MUST be over 21 years of age MUST be a US Citizen MUST be able to pass a background MUST have a diploma or GED recognized by the US Board of Education CPR Certification AED Certification First Aid Certification Contractor Basic Weapons Training Baton Certificate Contractor Basic Training Refresher Training – (if it’s been more than 3 years since Basic) FPS Basic Training (Orientation) – only needed once – 8 hour class Initial Screener Training –must have been within past year or needs to do again Firearms Qualification / Score – please provide shoot sheet Suitability Letter – Preliminary or check expiration date OC Spray Security Clearance (not necessary, but helpful) |
