| Description: | We are currently interviewing for an Operations Supervisor to manage several contracts in the Baltimore area. Position requires you must be available to work any shift as assigned, respond to site issues and/or respond to phone calls on any shift 24/7 including Holidays.
Applicants must have a minimum of:
-2 years Security Supervisors experience and/or Military, DOC or Law Enforcement background.
- Valid/current Maryland Drivers License with 0 points.
- Must have or be able to obtain a MD Security Guard Clearance Card, MD Handgun Permit (Security Officer) & TWIC Card.
*Employment package includes;
-Salary $28K per year (includes bonuses).

| Duties: |
*Includes but not limited to...
-Scheduling officers.
-Facility Inspections.
-Training officers.
-Handle phone call issues.
*Work with clients, officers, Executive Management, etc.
-Working open shifts if unable to fill and work Special Details as assigned to Operations Staff.
**Must be computer literate to make necessary scheduling, payroll and billing changes as required.
